Default "Access management"
This value will be set by default when creating an organization. Existing organizations will not be changed.
Open - all organization members have full access to organization tickets.
Open with exception - all members of the organization have full access to the threads of the organization, with the exception of the threads of the head of the organization
Centralized - the organization head has full access to organization tickets.
Individual - there is only access to one's own tickets.
