To move the widget, add the optional position property to the new Widget call in the copied embed code. Without it, the widget stays at the bottom right.

Supported sides: top, right, bottom, left. Use CSS values such as 20px or 2rem; do not set both sides of the same axis.

Alternatively, use the stable .helpdeskstar-chat-widget class in your website CSS. The --hds-widget-* variables position the button, while --hds-modal-* align the chat window relative to it. For top or left placement, set the opposite bottom or right side to auto, as in the example below; for bottom-right placement, use --hds-widget-bottom and --hds-widget-right instead. Use either position in the script or website CSS, since script values take precedence over regular CSS.
